The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways oversees thousands of infrastructure projects across NHAI, NHIDCL, the Road Wing, and multiple state agencies. Project progress, financials, bottlenecks, and reporting lived in disconnected systems, limiting visibility and slowing decisions.
