Uttarakhand's public service delivery was hindered by fragmented, siloed departmental systems. Citizens faced constant administrative friction, navigating multiple interfaces, physical queues, and disconnected endpoints for routine civic services.

Prodios Labs built Apuni Sarkar as a single, centralized digital gateway for the state, unifying identity, payments, and application tracking into one cohesive infrastructure that connects citizens directly to the full spectrum of state governance.
